SeaCast Inc., is currently looking for Production Laborers to assist in the development of aerospace parts at our Marysville facility. We are hiring for first shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday work week.

We are in need of experienced workers who have organizational skills, light construction knowledge and skills, inventory management, forklift, and manufacturing experience.

The production labor position performs tasks that support those involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes grinding, wax assembly, deburring, finishing, NDT and packing. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Previous foundry experience is a huge plus.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Ability to follow instructions, read, write and perform arithmetic calculations
• Understanding of measurements and how to use and identify measuring tools
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to work in difficult working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, molten metal and other elements for extended periods of time.

Education and/or Experience:

• Ability to organize and follow instructions with limited supervision.
• Tool and basic math skills
• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Good hand / eye coordination while able to work with repetitive tasks on daily basis
• Forklift experience

• Must wear common and job specific protective or safety equipment, including but not limited to safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.'
