SEACC has been an SBA 7(m) Microloan lender and a contractor with the City of San Francisco for over 30 years, offering loans and support to numerous small business owners of various ethnicities. The organization delivers services in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English. SEACC is one of the most active microloan lenders in the Bay Area, providing funding to new startups and established companies. The chosen candidate will assume responsibility for the Small Business Department, overseeing all contracted business lending and technical assistance programs and providing supervision and guidance to department staff. This position is at a senior level within SEACC, reporting to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
