Position Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering personalized service to the customer throughout the life of the customer relationship. The CSR will be the liaison between the customer and our Account Managers and Design team. In this role, this person will act as the communication center for invoicing, proofs, design changes and collections.
