This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager at SEAL COVE AUTO MUSEUM located in Seal Cove, ME. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fundraising activities, creating and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, managing grant applications and reporting, and coordinating special events and fundraising campaigns. Qualifications

• Fundraising and Development experience
• Experience with donor cultivation and stewardship
• Grant writing and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the arts and culture or nonprofit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
