Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping a clean/ tidy workspace.
- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Supervise clerical tasks and provide support to other employees
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in training and development of new office employees
- Ensure front desk reception is covered at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience in schedule management and coordination
