Job Summary Our Billing Supervisor will work closely with our Business Office Manager. They will be responsible for all of the following :

• Support the day-to-day operation of the billing department.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance of associates in the department.
• Identify and resolve billing problems.
• Maintain and revise billing policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison between billing associates, business office manager and all other departments.
• Work on and assign billing projects.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certifications

• CPC Required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Experience in medical billing and coding in a primary care practice
• Experience in management
• Proven interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with EHR, medical billing and coding software and developing policies and procedures
