This work includes the coordination of multiple activities including technical design and project estimation, bidding, procurement, planning, sequencing, and logistics of materials delivery and services. Responsibilities will include: Managing the execution of multiple construction project simultaneously from design to completionCoordinating design work with internal Project Design Engineers and installers, architectural and engineering firms, and other parties with design interestIdentifying the critical path, setting deadlines for completion of core tasks, and ensuring timelines are met by team members.Coordinating with Project Design Engineering and Customer service to prepare bids for new projects.Coordinating with Sourcing for the purchase of raw materials from multiple vendors across multiple manufacturing sitesCoordinating with Operations for manufacturing planning and sequencingCoordinating with Logistics for scheduling of material deliveries to siteCoordinating with Installers and Project Support Engineer to track the daily installation progress versus the schedule and adjust accordingly while relaying updates to the plan to all project stakeholders.Chairing site execution team meetings and ensuring immediate issues across all activities are identified and resolved in a timely manner.Act as point of contact for partners, customers and suppliers engaged in CNR projects. The Project Manager will preferably be located in Wooster, Ohio. The successful candidate will be accountable for:continuous improvement to the project management processes.producing and maintaining detailed project planscoordinating stakeholder meetings in the planning, bidding, and execution phasesProviding frequent updates to stakeholders ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Process Design:Develop methods to drive responsiveness to customer changing needsDevelop tools to enable project pre-planning in advance of entering orders into ERP systemDevelop database and communication tools to ensure availability of concise and accurate information to all project stakeholders Process Operation:Be the one-source of truth for multi-faceted projectsEstablish and maintain a high-performance customer service experience for coordinating workBe flexible and responsive to demands based on changing customer needs throughout a projectIdentify Critical Path and remove roadblocks to complete projects on time or ahead of scheduleDrive execution of up to 10 projects per year Continuous Improvement:Define and Measure KPIs for project execution.Identify improvement projects to meaningfully improve KPIsSet individual benchmarks for efficiency gains for all project stakeholders during project execution EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline.Experience in construction job site estimation (preferred)Experience in architectural drawing software (CAD, Revit, etc) (preferred)Minimum experience of 3-5 years of Project Management experience for complex construction project execution COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.
