We are seeking an innovative, infrastructure-minded leader to join a 200 person company based here in Philadelphia. This is a Director of IT position that pays $150,000 to $180,000 with a reliable annual bonus, generous profit sharing 401k plan, competitive PTO, and great work life balance.

With success brings growth, and with growth brings technology initiatives that help support scalability. For that reason, we are looking for a talented technologist who has vision and strategy, but can also roll up their sleeves and be hands-on.

This role IS NOT remote or hybrid, it is onsite every day here in Greater Philadelphia.

~~ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ~~

Management & Strategy

1. Experience with direct reports and managing others
2. Project Management, blueprinting technical roadmaps, and driving hitting deadlines
3. Effective communication with c-suite executives
4. Ability to create a vision that feeds and supports company growth
5. Identifying IT pitfalls, as well as opportunities for technology advancements

Infrastructure & SQL Server

1. Expert with all things infrastructure - Network Administration and Engineering, Systems and Servers, Desktop Support, Security and Firewalls, etc.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (OS, M365 / O365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc)
3. VMWare experience
4. Strong with SQL Server Databases

Migrations & Implementations

1. Proven track record of enterprise application migrations, integrations, and implementations
2. Designing a technology roadmap, and executing against it by effectively managing others to hit deadlines
3. Experience with replacing and upgrading servers, company-wide security enhancements, cloud migrations, Exchange improvements, etc.
