ABOUT THE POSITION

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for establishing sales targets to meet the company objectives and developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

·Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.

·Oversee two Sales Managers and 30 Account Executives

·Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.

·Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the Director of Sales.

·Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. Strong focus on strategic markets.

·Implements approved distribution strategies.

·Manages multiple channel selling strategies.

Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or similar field

·Minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales organization in the litigation support services or related industry

·Experience managing a remote sales team with a company that is geographically dispersed

·Ability to travel 20-50%

·Proven experience designing, building, and managing discrete and/or end-to-end sales processes
