- Ensuring the following tasks completed by another team member are of the highest quality:
- Development. Examples: checking content and metadata implementations, landing page implementations, and the installation of Google Analytics, Webmaster tools
- Technical Digital Marketing. Examples: blog post, press release and social media post scheduling, and keyword research
- Graphics. Examples: infographics, custom graphics and landing page designs
- Online Ads and Reporting. Examples: implementation of Facebook and Google ads, as well as checking data correctness and formatting in Looker Data Studio reports
- Maintaining internal documentation and collaborating on cross-departmental process enhancements to improve workflow, ensuring they are updated, refined, and adapted to meet the needs of the fast-paced, ever-changing digital marketing industry
- Directing quality initiatives as dictated by industry best practices, by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures
- The ability to troubleshoot in various technological platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
