- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
- tracking of all payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Maintaining historical records, AP & AR files and current vendor and customer contact information
- Verifying discrepancies and resolving vendors' billing issues
- Reconciliation of AP/AR balances monthly
- AR billing and collections
- Collaborating with suppliers, customers, and co-workers professionally and courteously to resolve specific transaction issues
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, yearly and project specific internal and external reporting and collections
*Handling 100 invoices a day*
