This role will primarily focus on payroll, recruiting, and benefits administration for our hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems, particularly Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for hourly employees.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support various HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience with HR systems, especially Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior HR experience is preferred.
