Sales Manager

Position Overview:

Search Solution Group is actively seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with a proven track record in the staffing industry to join our Business Development Executive team. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales success through effective leadership, strategic planning, and team development. This position is integral to achieving our organizational goals and targets, and it requires a seasoned professional who can motivate and guide our sales team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Sales Performance Management:

  • Maintain and manage detailed records of all sales activities, including leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and present accurate sales forecasts to aid in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and adjust as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.

Process Optimization:

  • Review and analyze existing sales practices and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Executive team to integrate new sales tools and technologies.

Client and Market Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to inform strategic sales planning and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the staffing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of staffing operations and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bullhorn CRM software, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
