Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure the store always maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store presentations.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates and alterations staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and take corrective action as necessary.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Foster a customer-focused environment where every client receives exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales and Inventory Management:

• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of dresses and accessories.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage.

Bridal Consultations and Styling:

• Conduct bridal consultations and assist clients in selecting their gown and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on fit, style, and customization options, ensuring each client's vision is realized.

Event Coordination (Trunk Shows, Promotions):

• Plan and coordinate trunk shows, designer showcases, and promotional events to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with team to create compelling promotions and marketing campaigns.

Budget and Financial Management:

• Analyze sales reports and financial data to make informed decisions and optimize profitability.

Quality Control and Alterations:

• Ensure all dresses and accessories meet quality standards before being presented to clients.
• Coordinate alterations appointments and work closely with seamstresses to ensure timely and accurate alterations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in the retail industry, preferably within bridal or high-end fashion.
• Demonstrated strong and proven sales record, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a bridal or high-end related retail environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and garment construction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate store events and client appointments.
