Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Create and execute a scalable and effective talent acquisition strategy from the ground up, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Employer Branding: Develop and promote our employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to craft compelling employer branding campaigns.
• Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Partnership Building: Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Implement strategies for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition program. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in employer branding and promoting a positive employer brand image.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
