We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter I in San Diego , CA . This is a 6-month hybrid position with at least 3 days per week onsite .
Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years experience of sourcing recruiting experience
- MS office suite experience ( O utlook, E xcel, W ord)
- Experience with any ATS or VMS systems
- The salary range for this position is $ 28.69 to $ 33.69 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
