Our client is an established, well known GM/CM firm that have been operating for over 30 years, specializing in high end residential interior projects across NYC.
They are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team for a strong pipeline of projects from repeat clients across NYC- the ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Project Manager & some experience with managing high end/luxury residential projects in New York City
Assistant Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviewing proposals
- Preparing procurement related documents
- Monitoring, and finalizing project related schedules
- Reviewing invoices, ensuring payment, and working closely with project accountants
- Tracking changes, communicating updates with project team
- Managing the punch list items and project close-out process
- Managing subcontractors
Ideal Assistant Project Manager will have
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager in high end residential projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects of various sizes
- Problem solver & excellent attention to detail
