Job Title - Project Manager

Location: New York & Boroughs Long Island

Salary - $150k-$200k plus benefits

Our client is a leading and respected General Contractor that specialise in public work in the New York metropolitan area for various governmental agencies, including NYCT, MTA, LIRR, SCA, NYCHA and DASNY. They are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent (MTA Projects) with extensive experience working on projects with the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of transportation-related construction projects in the heart of New York City.

The ideal Project Manager| NYCTA/MTA Projects will have -

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on projects involving the NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority (ideal candidate will have 5 years experience with MTA projects as a Project Manager for a General Contractor)
  • In-depth knowledge of MTA regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate and negotiate in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with transportation construction technologies and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related field.
