SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR

WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR TO BECOME AN INSTRUMENTAL PART OF OUR NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH!

As the Social Media Director, you are accountable for ensuring the delivery of a customer first, on brand experience across social platforms. You will be working hand in hand with Insights leaders to ensure full clarity on the audience segments to target. You are also accountable for creating a truly innovative and engaging customer content experience on all platforms.

• On-site at our New York City offices with travel across America, Europe, Asia, and Middle East
• $140,000 - $160,000 benefits including a 15% bonus!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Build an inspired and motivated team who align with our culture.
• Create long-term social media strategy that contemplates paid, owned and earned aspects of social and a vision for leveraging social to broaden our fanbase and build brand equity.
• Deliver content that engages our target audiences, grows our brand vision and delivers on our key priorities.
• Create on budget and effective events teams that can deliver on our event content requirements whilst maintaining a consistent, always-on content delivery.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure that all platform content is aligned with the brand vision. At the same time taking initiative to grow and develop the brand personality in collaboration with creative director and brand teams.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN….

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Experience using media editing software
• Experienced with technology, including Apple and Microsoft products and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, excel and word to create meeting materials as requested.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, including the ability to communicate confidently and professionally across all levels of the business.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING.....

• Sports industry experience
