Actively seeking a Controller for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Global Law Firm. The right candidate needs to have at least 10 years of finance/accounting experience, boast a background within a Global organization, obtained their CPA, have experience working with various currencies around the world, and be able to speak about leadership and management experience in their current or previous roles.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (2 Days In Office, 3 Days Working from Home) | Manhattan, NY

PAY: $250 - $300K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience & Law Firm Experience) Disc. Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• CPA Certification REQUIRED
• Law Firm Experience PREFEERRED , but experience with in a Global Organization is a MUST
• 10 years of relevant accounting and financial experience REQUIRED
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Chrome River; Workday Payroll; Aderant/Elite 3E

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS: Oversee operational accounting responsibilities for office across the world
• INTERNAL CONTROLS AND COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• TREASURY: Oversee the firm’s global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management and risk management
• TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT: Lead and mentor a highly capable group of finance team members and managers
