Job Description : Onsite in Oakland
Receives bids / quotes / proposals for all Marketing and Research projects including media purchases with local TV, radio, outdoor, and digital advertisers.
Process all Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders.
Create, upload, and monitor Marketing and Research Operating Budget.
Receive, process and track all invoices. Coordinate with other departments on processing their advertising invoices (Capital projects, BPD, other OEA departments, etc.)

Monitor and maintain up-to-date budget information.
Process all Go Card transactions and submit the Go Card package monthly.
Other administrative duties including BARTable sweepstakes prize fulfillment, ordering of supplies, and coordinating with Real Estate on office needs.
Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and k benefits are available.
