General Office Assistant duties
Selling tickets to even through online website, by phone or in person.
Current responsibilities include but not limited to : related to CVAC services and programs
Write contracts for tenants, oversee operations to ensure that all incoming and outgoing vehicles are processed according to schedule, collect rents and record rents
Act as Gallery Coordinator Schedule artists in the gallery, maintain contracts, and assist if necessary with hanging exhibits.
Handling tenant requests and scheduling maintenance and repairs to the center. Track annual Art Studio Tour applicants and sponsors
Input survey data from events into a spreadsheet Be able to track volunteer hours in a table
Other general secretarial dues.
Inventory supplies for building and for concerts / events.
This position requires the following skills :
Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to operate other standard office equipment, including telephones, credit card processing machine, and copiers.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
