Seasonal Connect is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Framingham, MA

Position Description:

Under the direction and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Sales Lead provides a wide range of sales and support to meet the goals and objectives of Seasonal Connect.

Position Details:

This position is salaried non-exempt along with a commission structure. The sales lead position is hybrid and does require three days working in the office per week.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond as the person of contact regarding any sales-related request.
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable in Seasonal Connect services to generate sales.
  • Fully responsible for generating sales.
  • Respond to requests for information from potential clients to generate new leads.
  • Manage sales and covert the new leads into members.
  • Identify key targets to strongly pursue into becoming new members.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to expand the member base.
  • Develop new sales initiatives to capture potential clients.
  • Manage potential leads in HubSpot including list of potential leads.
  • Create and manage sales target list.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to convert new business into members.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with potential and new members.
  • Building and promoting healthy client relations through partnership.
  • Build relationships with potential enterprise accounts.
  • Assist the leadership team in future sales planning and strategy.
  • Responsible for building a sales pipeline.
  • Represent and publicly speak on behalf of the Seasonal Connect brand.
  • Assist in training and developing any key members of the Seasonal Connect team that contribute to converting potential clients into new members.
  • Responsible for completion of all goals to ensure a great work product by set deadlines.
  • Communicate all sales operations to leadership team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality to identify and evaluate new opportunities with little oversight.
  • Comfortable with public speaking to convey complex product messaging.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superb time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry in a sales capacity.
  • Experience with hospitality recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing leads using HubSpot or similar sales management software strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling digital solutions is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to stand or walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop and/or bend.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
