**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Construction experience or willing to learn, a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on technology solutions. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing excellent service to customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue
- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish being a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
