Responsibilities

• The BEH Therapist participates in observing, reporting, and recording patient behaviors.
• Responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment, planning, individual, family, and group therapies, and discharge planning.
• Responsibilities also include helping to provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Motivated to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital.
• Must possess effective communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with others to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current LCSW, LPC, LBP, or LMFT license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible)
• CPR/AED
• MAB Managing Aggressive Behavior
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Reside or willing to relocate to Lawton, Oklahoma
