- Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage and delight our existing customers
- Loyalty Programs: Design and manage loyalty programs that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans
- Personalized Marketing: Create personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base
- Cross-Channel Campaigns: Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions, to create a seamless customer experience
- Data Analysis: Dive into customer data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for growth
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our products and services
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring every initiative is impactful and cost-effective
- Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA, is a Plus!
- Experience: 8 years of proven experience in customer marketing, preferably within the CPG industry
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media analytics
