We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Laboratory Medical Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses in a timely and accurate manner. You will be working in a laboratory setting and will be required to follow strict safety protocols while handling specimens and chemicals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens
- Ensure that all tests are performed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation
- Follow strict safety protocols while handling specimens and chemicals
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory testing procedures and technologies
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the laboratory manager or supervisor

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Technologist by a recognized accrediting agency
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and techniques

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
