Join our client's esteemed Learning & Development team as a seasoned professional responsible for implementing, managing, and evaluating transformative learning initiatives. This role requires an in-depth understanding of instructional design and training methodologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive learning programs forward across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local expert and steward for our care model, with a deep understanding of best practices, processes, and culture.
- Lead multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously, ensuring efficient budget management, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Design innovative blended learning approaches incorporating various methodologies such as digital e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings, and job aids to maximize learning impact.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in person and virtually.
- Evaluate program efficacy and learner experiences by tracking key metrics and business performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide content creation and continually update materials to fill learning gaps and ensure relevance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all learning inquiries at the PACE Center, including leading new hire orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills by consistently delivering projects on time.
- Adapt our L&D program to meet the diverse needs of our team members while embodying the organization's culture in all initiatives.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no on-call duty or weekend work.
- Hybrid Schedule: Expected to report onsite between 10-12 workdays per month. During the first 90 days, at least 3 days per week onsite to understand the program, work culture, positions, and build rapport.
