The HR Director also oversees a team of HR professionals and reports to the hospital CEO, receiving guidance from the HSC Human Resource Business Partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction for Human Resources within the facilities.
- Managing HR staff and acting as a liaison with hospital leadership.
- Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and compliance with regulations.
- Advising on discipline, attending meetings, and facilitating terminations when necessary.
