- Assist in implementing therapy programs as prescribed by the physical therapist
- Guide and supervise patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions
- Assist in educating patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Administer modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation under the direction of the physical therapist
- Ensure a clean and organized therapy area
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy treatments and techniques
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Local travel to patient homes
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and dedicated to improving patient outcomes
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Prior experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
