Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities - Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain strength
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to support patients' rehabilitation
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment process and exercises to be done at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
- Proven experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness
- Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and modalities
Hourly rate: $50
