Responsibilities

• Conducting prenatal screenings, ultrasounds, and diagnostic tests to identify potential complications
• Developing and implementing treatment plans for high-risk pregnancies
• Providing counseling and education to expectant mothers and their families regarding pregnancy-related issues
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to manage complex cases
• Participating in research projects and clinical trials related to maternal fetal medicine
• Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in maternal fetal medicine and incorporating new techniques and technologies into practice

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Valid medical license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
