Seattle Children's is Hiring a Cardiac Sonographer Near Richland, WA

ResponsibilitiesPerform cardiac ultrasound examinations and provide sonographer support for physicians and clinics. Duties may be performed in an operating room, ICU, lab, or other, on location at an assigned region. May also involve relationship building and sonographer training to other hospitals in the area.
This position will primarily out of our Yakima location, but also could rotate to Wenatchee and Tri-Cities location from time to time.
RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of and graduation from a formal AMA approved ultrasound technology program, or equivalent experience. (AMA is the approver of CAAHEP accreditation; please refer to CAAHEP site to view complete listing of accredited programs).
Required Credentials
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) credentialed in the Pediatric Registry; or able to obtain within 12 months of employment.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers.
Preferred
  • Pediatric experience.
Min To Max Hourly Salary$44.46 - $66.69 /hr
Min To Max Annual Salary$92,476.80 - $138,715.20 /yr
Salary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
