We are actively seeking a Research Manager to join Dr. Tonya Palermo to oversee the research programs in the [Pediatric Pain and Sleep Innovations Lab](http://www.seattlechildrens.org/research/centers-programs/child-health-behavior-and-development/labs/pediatric-pain-and-sleep-innovations-lab/current-lab-members/). This position supports regulatory oversight (IRB, data and safety monitoring) of clinical research projects including multi-center clinical trials, aids with oversight and training of clinical research staff, and helps to project future staffing needs based on financial projections. Opportunities to contribute to enhancing research processes including data collection, management, and database creation. Supports grant writing activities needed to secure new project funding opportunities in clinical and community research in pediatric pain and to report on completion of study activities for currently funded projects.
*Required Education and Experience*
Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Biopsychology, Biology, Cognitive Sciences).
Minimum five (5) years of research-related experience including at least two (2) years of project/program management.
Minimum Two (2) Years Of Supervisory Experience.Proven success managing and integrating multiple projects across an organization.
Experience in grant writing.

*Compensation Range*
$101,733.00 - $152,589.00 per year*Salary Information*
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
