Spa & Hot Tub Sales Associate

Location: Local Seattle/Kirkland area company expanding to new locations in King and Snohomish County

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Open the store reliably on time from Thursday to Monday.
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Learn and master all aspects of the hot tub and spa industry.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends required.
• Valid Washington State driver's license with current vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• Previous sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
• Experience in selling high-ticket items or in the spa & hot tub industry is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn product information for effective sales and training.
• Professional demeanor in speaking, writing, and appearance.
• Engaging and fun personality, responsible work habits.
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong team spirit.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with the potential to earn over $100K through commissions.
