Job Description :
General Summary : The Area Coordinator for 2nd Year (AC) is a professional live-in position responsible, as a member of the Residence Life Staff, for creating a safe, inclusive, fun and transformative residential learning experience for undergraduate students at Seattle Pacific University and managing the day-to-day operations of the 2nd Year Halls operations and program.
As a mid-level administrative position within Residence Life, the AC is responsible for supervision of the professional RLCs and paraprofessional staff in the 2nd Year Halls, offering support and supervision to the RLCs On-Call in an administrative back-up rotation with other administrative staff and oversight of one major administrative assignment within Residence Life.
The AC may assume departmental responsibility in the absence of the Director and Assistant Director. The AC must have a demonstrated Christian faith, a commitment to diversity and inclusion and enthusiasm for developing college students.

Requirements :
