Salary Range:$75,000 DOE

What you’ll do?

As a Technical Coordinator your scope consists of supporting the Technical Product and Technical Sales teams through creation and management of key resources for customer success while serving a critical role in planning and execution of field activities for business growth and product portfolio enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Technical Sales Managers in creation of customer specific menus while advising on defined standards and limitations per equipment platform.
  • Maintain a detailed database recording customer menus, change logs and approval documentation.
  • Create, contribute, update and maintain operational and technical documents (training materials, manuals, schematics, etc.) in partnership with Technical Product and Launch Managers.
  • Manage access via online platforms for internal and external partners to access technical materials based on service levels and training.
  • Execute or assist with structured lab testing of various case studies (repeatability of field failure scenarios, testing and documentation of new equipment features, verification of menu files prior to customer release)
  • Manage field testing schedules in partnership with multiple internal teams to meet expected timelines for equipment delivery and field support of demo equipment installation and new feature testing.
  • Manage spare parts and equipment part number subscription process for all 3 brands in partnership with Factory support and local sales operations teams.
  • Other job duties as assigned by management.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Associates Degree or similar experience / certifications; experience in project coordination and technical documentation a plus
  • 3 years of experience in a professional setting managing customer requests, technical writing and project coordination.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent technical writing skills; Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally with different team members at varied levels of detail.
  • Ability to manage structured documentation and records.
  • Customer focused; An ability to grasp customer needs and identify and suggest solutions.
  • Strong bias for action and accuracy; ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency and accuracy to maintain committed timelines.
