Sebago Brewing is Hiring an Experienced Bartender Near Kennebunk, ME

Currently hiring for an EXPERIENCED Bartender

Major Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to complete and pass server menu tests upon completion of training.
  • Knowledge of craft beer as well as various cocktails
  • To ring in beverage and food orders using the point-of-sale computer system.
  • Complete knowledge of Sebago Brewing Company’s alcohol awareness policies and procedures, including proper identification checking.
  • Full knowledge of Sebago Brewing Company’s food and beverage preparation. Be able to answer questions regarding ingredients and allergy information, and to ask for management assistance when necessary.
  • To maintain assigned tasks and ensure total cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean manner that aligns with the Sebago Brewing Company dress code.
  • Proper cash handling, including making change.
  • To maintain a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
  • Ability to stand/ walk for eight or more hours.
  • Ability to reach, bend, lift, stoop, and scrub.
  • Must be of legal age according to the State regulations to serve alcohol.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
