Job Description
Licensed Well Driller Wanted
Full-time Pay: $30.00 per hour
4-10 hour days, plus overtime for Weekends
Level of Education: High school or equivalent, Military Training and or vocational training a plus.
Level of Experience: Well Drilling using Cable Tool: 3 years experience.
Well Drilling using Rotary Tool: 1 year experience.
Abilities/Skills: Must be able to operate / run a well drilling rig 10-12 hours a day, skid steer, forklift, welding, critical thinking, take charge / responsibility for the hole.
Physical Standards: Lift up to 100 lbs, fill in as needed, work long hours.
Certs/License: Clean MVR, Valid Driver’s License, & CDL or intent to procure a CDL in 60 days, OSHA, and or IGSPHA training are beneficial. Ability to Obtain IDWR Drilling License if not already IDWR licensed.
Drug testing: Pre-employment and subject to DOT random testing requirements
We have been drilling and servicing wells for 59 years, our records show we have drilled, tested, developed, and rehabilitated 1062 wells.
