Graphic design experience desired but not required.

Minimum Desired Skills: Excellent Customer-Service, Cordial, Punctual, Responsible, Accountable, Organized, Flexible, Microsoft Excel & Word, Typing, Data Entry, POS, Retail, Filing, Cash Handling, familiar with copy machines, FedEx or UPS shipping exp. manual or electric pallet jack operation.

Prior experience in a UPS store, FedEx store, USPS, shipping center and/or mail room preferred.

GPPS – Global Printing Packing Shipping, a Ship Center Operator in Hospitality is looking for energetic and outgoing professionals who are punctual, organized and detail oriented.

Concession - Customer Service Counter in Major Hotel and Casino.

  • Part-Time ONLY (25 Flex hrs. /week)
  • 7-day a week business operation is looking for Part-time, Day Shift, hours may vary, but they fall within the following window of time: (Weekday Hrs. of operations 8 am to 4 pm ) and Weekends (9 am - 2 pm).
  • Must be computer literate, Working knowledge of PC software (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet web/cloud-based applications). Please do not apply if you do not possess these computer skills.
  • Must possess superior customer service skills with friendly attitude/retail sales and strong computer skills.
  • Must be articulate with excellent oral & written communication skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented, possess superior customer service skills/retail sales skills.
  • Very important to have PACKING AND SHIPPING experience as well as a working knowledge of printing and copying services.
  • We offer flexible hours with starting hourly wage depending on experience.

Must own reliable transportation, and willing to do USPS /FedEx, UPS pick ups and drop off of mail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DAY TO DAY FUNCTIONS):

  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to business center standards.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform job functions with GREAT attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Prioritize and organize.
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
  • Follow directions thoroughly.
  • Multi task in various situations.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data
  • Provide superior customer service with etiquette and positive attitude
  • Able to facilitate all services offered in the Business Center
  • Knowledge of convention services and facilities to assist guest
  • Must have reliable transportation, and willing to do pick ups and drop off of mail

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • One year guest service experience in the hospitality industry or a major guest-oriented or retail company preferred
  • Previous experience in Convention Services or Sales, Hotel Operations or Mail Center procedures preferred.
  • Must be computer literate, Working knowledge of PC software (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet web/cloud-based applications).
  • Graphic design experience a major plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, standing of often required. Must also be able to push, pull, reach, stoop and/or bend and lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to remain stationary at designated workstation for long periods of time, walk long distances in hotel, lift and transport heavy parcels up to 100 pounds
  • Must have physical ability to operate office machines and departmental equipment, such as PC, fax, photocopiers, typewriter, handcarts, pallet jacks and two-way radios.
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy environment with frequent cold or warm temperatures being exposed to such environmental conditions as CRT fatigue, dust, smoke, or dimly lit or illuminated areas.
  • Must be able to type 25 words per minutes.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Adheres to company security/confidentiality guidelines.
  • Answers telephone appropriately, can effectively handle guest concerns and complaints.
  • Conducts, processes, and reconciles shipping services for the guest (handling in and out)
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Assist with event planning
  • Professional demeanor
  • Perform admin. tasks for daily, weekly , and monthly reporting activities
  • Ability to work and perform duties under minimum supervision
