Administrative Assistant

Seeking an Administrative Assistant for VC firm/family office. In this role, you will be managing the day-to-day functions of the company.

Secocha Ventures is venture capital firm that invests in consumer-facing companies. Our portfolio currently spans the US, Canada, India, Europe, Israel, and Latam. In addition, Secocha operates a family office with oversight on Trusts, & evergreen investment holding companies in India & USA. 

Responsibilities

• Managing the executive calendar and coordinating travel as needed
• Coordinating, participating in, and documenting all team meetings
• Maintaining an organized electronic paper filing system, and assist with data entry
• Maintaining office supplies/inventory
• Tax preparation and coordination with accountant and CPAs

Requirements

• Impeccable communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and pivot between mission-critical project tasks
• Highly professional and confidential demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Extremely attentive to detail
• Desire to learn
• Experience with bookkeeping a plus

Employment Type

• Full time
• Hybrid 80% in office, 20% remote

Compensation

• 50k, dependent on experience
• Discretional annual bonus of up to 10%
