Role DescriptionYou will serve as a key partner for Pika’s founders on a wide range of projects involving business decision support, strategic planning, and product deployment. You'll be responsible for leading key projects, driving both the vision and project delivery. In the near term, you will play a pivotal role in the operational deployment of the Pika platform with initial customers, driving direct revenue growth for the business. As our company grows, this role will expand to include investigating and executing on greenfield opportunities.
Responsibilities
- In the near-term, own the customer onboarding journey. Be the go-to person for our customers by deeply understanding their current workflows and needs, and how to best drive ROI for them with our platform
- Define and implement best practices and process automations as we scale our GTM organization
- Provide leverage and work to improve the operating efficiency of our founders - making time, information, and decision-making more effective
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on a wide range of topics, including forecasting and reporting
- Take on cross-functional initiatives that don’t yet have a clear home within the organization and assume ownership to scope, manage and execute
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GTM, finance, product management, business operations, growth and/or technical roles in high-growth organizations or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
- Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, judgment and demonstrated ability to provide significant operating leverage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and projects, and present to C- and Board-level stakeholders.
