Job Description :

• Business System Analysis , SQL skills(Oracle and SQL Server databases) , MS Excel

• At least 8-9 years proven track record as a business systems analyst or business analyst with solid experience in requirements elicitation process through interviews, brainstorming, focus group, and prototyping; expertise in writing software requirements, process modeling, and data mapping

• must have good experience on the retail store systems

• Document and Analyze store processes such as Ordering and Receiving, and office processed like Opening New Stores

• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to adapt communication style based on situation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to quickly assess design options, make informed recommendations

• Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, MS Visio, Confluence, Jira

• Proficiency in writing database queries (SQL Server) is a Plus

• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred

• Extensive problem-solving experience, conducting and identifying root cause analysis, escalating issues as necessary

• Should have SQL skills and experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases

• Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing feedback to peers and colleagues

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
