Securitas Security Services USA is Hiring an Account Manager Near Baytown, TX

Job Description:

· On-site, salaried manager responsible for developing the overall security program at his or her assigned location. This includes client service and problem resolution, operational service enhancement and expansion, and management and development of all assigned supervisory and training personnel.

· Works with client SSO ensure compliance with federal CFATS regulations, to include coordinating security drills and exercises and preparing security personnel for federal inspections.

· Completes the Securitas Security Management (SSM) course, and may obtain PSP (Physical Security Professional), CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and/or Asst SSO (Site Security Officer) national certifications.

· Manages staffing and scheduling to meet contractual requirements and to control costs. Attends to all company-internal officer needs, including payroll, uniform, counseling and disciplinary issues.

· Does not normally perform security officer duties except on a limited, relief, or emergency basis.

· Reports to the Securitas District Manager or Area Vice President, as directed.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. Associate’s Degree and 7 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the Company.

2. Must be able to pass DISA drug-testing requirements and maintain a valid State driver’s license.

3. Must be able to present a professional appearance. Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, public interaction, and strong computer skills are critical.

4. Must have experience in managing a large team of people of varied backgrounds and experience.

5. Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance, and to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.

6. Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills; Understands of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.

7. Preferred applicants will have already completed the Securitas Certified Security Supervisor Course (CSSP) (or be able to complete it within 3 months of selection).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
