The Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety will serve as the global leader for the EHS Program. This role will drive assessment, resource analysis, and structure for an international team. As the leader for this global program, this role will drive the prevention of incidents and illnesses through risk-activity management processes, emergency response planning, and safety protocols in datacenter security operations. The Director of EHS will work to ensure that Securitas is providing its team members with a safe and healthy working environment that is achieved by identifying risks and unsafe practices, implementing controls to mitigate risk, monitoring performance, and compliance with both Securitas and client standards as well as applicable regulations.
The Director of EHS manages a team of safety professionals that deliver global EHS services, operate within a global framework, and oversee project management of multiple efforts simultaneously. This role is highly collaborative in nature, offering support to multiple work groups and will likewise serve as the primary touchpoint with client EHS leadership.
