The Site Supervisor instills the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership through training and implementation. Requirements: • Must be able to effectively lead and communicate with a team of officers • Must be ready to train and mentor new and current employees on specifics of site and Securitas policy/procedure • Strong customer service skills • High level of professionalism • Walking/standing for long periods of time • Flexible work availability • Strong computer knowledge needed • Valid driver's license • At least 18 years old • Comfortable in a Hospital Setting
