The Mobile Security Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of the client's premises
• Supervise mobile employees
• Serve as a visible deterrent
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports
• Promptly respond to incidents
• Use technology devices
• Provide high level customer service skills
• Must be able to safely operate a vehicle to perform job duties

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must have 1 year of security experience and 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Basic computer skills
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior
• Reliable and self-motivated
• High level customer service
• Must have clean motor vehicle report
