Responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of items sold, leased, or rented to commercial and government customers.

Communicates with customers via phone or through on-site service calls to assist with proper use of their system

· Performs routine on-site scheduled maintenance calls including identification and repair and/or replacement of defective parts

· Verifies that all systems and components have been installed, are functioning and are documented properly prior to acceptance of the system in the Operations-to-Service Turnover meeting

· Maintains records of hours worked, parts used, and work performed for each service call

· Maintains clear communications between customers, dispatchers and Service Manager

· Assists in the training of new Service personnel on products and/or techniques

· Provides installation services occasionally

· Works after normal working hours to complete pending service call(s) or as scheduled by the Service Manager (ER Calls)

· Handles on-call responsibilities after normal working hours as scheduled by the Service Manager and responds to service calls during those hours (ER Calls)

· Drives to service locations as required and maintains assigned company vehicles so they are

clean and free of safety defects according to company policy or state law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
