Extremely busy small custom gate & fence company seeking a motivated Shop and Installation Manager to join our team. We are on track to double our growth in 2024. We are in need of an individual who can step up and manage the fabrication and installation crew. Making sure procedures are followed, writing new procedures as needed, completing quality control checks, managing and communicating installation and fabrication schedules, and project/time management would all be a big part of your daily job.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Weekend availability on Saturdays occasionally if needed to complete a project
Ability to commute/relocate: Most of our customers are in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Anthem, Cave Creek, North Phoenix. Our shop is located at the 101 Loop and Cave Creek Road. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
- Gate and Fence Install: 2 years (Required).
- Gate and Fence Fabrication: 2 years (Required).
- Managerial: 2 years (Required).
