Position Summary:
Security Engineers is actively seeking a second/third shift supervisor interested in a career in the private security industry. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment. Previous military, law enforcement and/or 3 years security with supervisory experience for priority hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Report to Project Manager and provide updates and reports as required
· Administers Guard management software to all locations
· Maintains security post instructions
· Delivering training where applicable
· Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Experience Qualifications:
· Previous 3 years security supervisory experience managing 10 or more employees
· Prior military and/or law enforcement experience preferred
Education Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong computer and customer service skills
Uncommon Physical Requirements:
· Perform routine lengthy foot patrols
